That did not sell for as much as I thought it would. I guessed $90K. Still got to change the oil pump, and it probably has no warranty.

Agreed. Wouldn’t have been all that surprised if it sold for over $90k. I’m guessing the lack of any warranty, the oil pump issue, and the fact that it is sold in “as is” condition (literally stated that no maintenance was ever done), kept the price a bit more reasonable.

I was thinking 90+ as well. I would have paid 80 for it if I had that money lol. Hell don’t the dealers want more for them? Oh wait they don’t have any

The sold as is and no maintenance done shouldn't have been a factor. It's mainly the suspected oil pump issue and that you can still find these cars everywhere. If they had waited a couple of years, I bet they could have gotten $100k.

There are cars that sell for hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars that fall into that same category. But those vehicles are actual limited production or highly sought after from 40+ years ago.

The problem with delivery mileage cars is they have a higher value, which makes the new owners reluctant to drive them. If you do drive them, then they can manifest problems that would have been worked out during the first few thousands of miles and taken care of under warranty.
