Thanks Fran I'm sure it would work great with sharkskin exterior paint and a ZL1 emblem at the bottom, just saying Nearly all the pieces are configurable in terms of color and material.

Wheel looks great! The contrast is striking but subtle. Agree on the center ring.

Interestingly, Carbonaddons has recently redesigned this part, and the only way I know that is I ordered a black plus a red ring, not knowing which one I'll prefer, and the black one is flat while the red is more "bulbous", if that makes sense. I decided to install the flat black one and quite like the outcome.

Goes without saying that I now have a redundant brand new, unused red genuine carbon fiber airbag trim cover, if anyone wants it, just DM me, we'll figure out a good deal (factory price was $49.95).
That wheel looks next level, and worth every bit what they cost. Is there any risk of the clear finish on the CF parts yellowing with these?

Thank you, it does look and feel pretty good. It even retains the factory heating feature, which is not typical with aftermarket wheels.

I don't think automotive clearcoat in the interior would be prone to fading or yellowing. My ZL1 carbon fiber dash pad has looked as good as new since 2019, plus I have tint all around with 99% UV rejection, so I'm not really concerned about that issue.

Of course one also has to be careful not to mess up the finish with chemicals, but this isn't a work truck

What did you do to your 6th Gen Camaro today?!

Took it for the final PPF inspection.

Painted the Silver trim around the gauge cluster SEM Trim Black to get rid of the glare that blinds me.

Also installed the Range AFM disabler. Took it for a short drive an I'm very happy with the the results. Does exactly what it is advertised to do.

They called it a "track pack". Full front(everything in front of the doors/windshield, front foot of the roof, and basically the lower 8-10 inches of both sides of the car to the tail pipes, door edges, and inside of the door handle

Yeah, we don't have much window to let the sun in anyway. I was more wondering if skin contact is going to do anything. This new ZL1 wheel just has it in my mind, you have to be careful and clean with these or they go nasty.

I get it, after all, we try to avoid touching the paint as well... here's to hoping Carbonaddons knew what they were doing, heh. I don't usually handle the top or the bottom, and ordered leather for the sides without any carbon fiber accents or grips to maximize comfort and longevity.

We'll see, trust me, I'll be the first to shout if the clearcoat they use is too brittle. I already sent in my factory core for a discount, so there's no turning back now

Getting new tires. Continental extreme contact. Thank you to all who posted on all weather tires. I read a ton here and was well informed with my purchase. Storing my r3’s for track days.

Well, the PPF shop put it on their Instagram page. If you "SEE" it, in my defence it was the first place I took it. (Hint: it's orange :P ) and checking for it shouldn't even be on the buyers mind.

Did the sound tube delete last night. Didn't notice any sound difference driving in to work this morning, but the engine bay does look cleaner. I like it.
