possessed electrical on 19 ZL1 1LE auto 31Kmiles

Hey Guys,
i wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem cuz it sounds expensive and im out of warranty, the title says it all, i was sitting in a drive thru and the electrical started going crazy, i wish i would have filmed it cuz i have never seen anything like it, radio going, hi, low off, on, headlights same, dash lights same, gauges going max full then empty, it was running through all the settings on the dash, oh the seat was moving back and forth, i was afraid i wasn't going to get it home before it shut off completely, but when i got home it wouldn't shut off, then finally got if off, put OBD2 sensor on it, then battery almost dead, finally got it to start.
when i read the codes it showed 23 codes, so im thinking ether a main harness got wet or a very big module is going out, i haven't searched the codes yet cuz i wanted to put this on here and see if anyone else had this happen. some of the codes are,

7 body control mod codes, B2585, B3110, U0078, U0164, U0155, U0168, U0151,

3 power steering control mod codes, U1833, U0121, U0415,

7 Anti-lock brake sys codes, U0140, U0100, U0132, U0151, U2099, U042B, C0800

2 telematics codes, U0140, U0151,

1 human-machine interface module code(wtf is that lol) U184A,

1 amplifier code, U0140

1 data / localization gateway code, (another WTF lol) U0078,

1 engine cont mod code, U0140,

1Trans cont mod code U0140

so that "U0140" came up several times, I'm hoping it's not too expensive.

has anyone out there run into their Camaro / chevy or anything really lol,
this is crazy, i hope i can get it sorted out, if anyone knows anything please let me know, TY

Start with the battery my dude. Test it, and test it well. Check resting voltage on it and then load test it. I'll bet you anything you got a bad battery. These cars don't like seeing weak voltage and will let you know they are pissed off if the battery is going bad on you.

that's a good point and i wasn't even thinking battery but its original 3.5 years old plus however long the dealer had it, so yep there is a good chance, I'm hoping, cuz i am having a hard time with some of the DTC codes, U0140 is not coming up? but i have a voltage and load tester so i should know pretty quick if it's the battery, thx for the tip...

So, this might not apply to your situation, but I had these same codes: A) Body control mod codes, B) Power steering control mod codes, C) Anti-lock brake sys codes, D) Engine cont mod code, and E) Trans cont mod code. They were all caused by two wires were shorted on the drivers side CAT O2 sensors. Edit: But it could be any short that feeds back to the ecm as well. coil packs, O2 sensors etc.
