Wheel and Tire help (Once again)

I want to put a 285/40/19 tire on 19x10 35mm offset on ALL 4 corners. Will I run into any issues with rubbing or steering

That's pretty tall at 28.0", especially up front. You really need 285/35/19 to have the correct diameter 285 on a 6th-gen Camaro. As a reference, the stock tires on an SS (non-1LE) is 27.6" tall, and they are narrower (especially the front). The base 18" tires are also 27.6" tall and narrower. You might get away with it, you might not, but I'm also thinking your proposed offset might make it harder to make it work without any rubbing.
