Finally got my LT1 M6 Car
Thought I'd share my journey. Sorry, I do not know the number codes, but here is how it went:
3/11/23 placed order for LT1 M6 Radiant Red with NPP exhaust (no other options)
5/4/23 got notice of allocation from the dealer
5/25/23 Car is built at the factory
7/11/23 Car was delivered to my dealer in Central Ohio.

My dealer told me the allocation was somewhat lucky in that the week of 5/22 they were only planning to build 4cyl turbo Camaros. However, they did not get enough orders to make a full production week. So, they did a second pass and picked up my order.

1/19 (ordered)
5/18 (allocated)
6/13 (built)
6/16 (got to the transport yard)
.
.
.
(Sat there for TWENTY-FIVE DAYS)

7/11 (delivered to dealership)

So just shy of 6 months.

Geoff, how long have you been waiting for delivery now? Seems like a month. Mine was just built on 7/11 and I'm also in the Metro Detroit area. Dealership said they are waiting a month for another customer as well.

Does everyone's build automatically show "In transit" on Chevys inventory website after it's built even though it's not really in transit? That's how mine shows at least.
