If gender is a matter of choice, what do you identify as ? Male 6m, female automatic.

What? You could say the same thing as it relates to 6 cylinder (F) and 8 cylinder (M). Now, I don’t subscribe to that line of thinking, at all.You like what you like for your own reasons…

This 100%. I tend to not judge what people drive(6cyl, 8cyl, M6 or A10), but since he brought it up, I'll agree with this statement!

Agreed! And in additional to bonus point for M6 having rev matching, it also has cool Hill Assist feature which is really key as 90%+ of today's driver don't even consider you might have a manual and like to edge up as close as they can to you even at up hill traffic lights :-(
[Even w/hill assist (which works great) I like to get to the light early, shift to neutral and let it roll back a few inches so they get the hint that they might want to give me a little extra room!]

Manual transmissions in this day and age are for want to be 25 year olds when you’re 50 and that’s it that’s all that’s everything. I have drove three in the tree to six on the floor and would not give up my 10 speed A for anything at my fragile old age.

You are right, I am 61 and have that problem. I'm grateful my 6m lets me indulge in it.

Moving forward, any automatic transmission car I have needs to have active cruise control to follow the car in front of it. As roads have gotten so much more crowded, regular cruise control doesn't cut it for me anymore and ACC is a godsend in traffic, not having to brake or gas. It's really what CC should have been all along IMO. So if I had an automatic sports car...it would need this. My sedan has it and has for the last 3 models I've owned.

If my m6 magically turned into an A10, I would immediately get rid of the car. Even people who don’t know how to drive a manual give me props for getting the m6 as when they see a car like this, they also believe it should be an m6. I’ve driven DCT’s and ZF 8 speeds and while these transmissions are an improvement over the slush boxes of years past, they still lack the engagement of a manual.

I don't have the 1LE, so 4 piston brakes,

Wheels and tires is all I needed.

Picked up ZL1 Replica wheels with proper offsets and match tires sizes from 1LE

The easy gist of it is: If the wheels + offset + tires fit a 1LE it will fit any standard camaro that is not a 1LE. Except maybe the V6 versions. But I know the LT1 is basically a V6 body with V8 engine so I assume LT's would fit this category as well. The only real difference is ZLE which I think has the widest tires on the back of the entire lineup.

I used this site for get the info needed: https://www.wheel-size.com/size/chev...-usdm-62i--455

I'm not sure on this , but with an A10 trans tune you maybe able to get quicker shifts.
This is true as well.

Trans tune can pick up as much as 3/10th's in a 1/4 mile on a bolt on ZL1 for example.

I do wish we could access linear throttle outside of track though.
I believe all SS+ models have 3 radiators, the LT1 does not, which makes them bad at hot lapping and track course use. They over heat quickly. That doesn't mean people don't eliminate radiators though to reduce weight.

My last time at the dragstrip I hot lapped my car 3 times in a row without shutting down the engine. Had no problems with heat.
