I hope I don't regret asking; but what is a 2650? I am new to the supercharged world. Just picked mine up June 19th. Thanks.

PS: Just looked at some other posts. I see it is a type of blower. I can see this is the very slippery slope area of the forum.

It’s an aftermarket supercharger made by Magnuson. The Whipple alternative is the new 3.0. Both blowers sport bigger rotor packs and superior cooling vs the OEM LT4 1.7 blower and are a popular upgrade for people looking to make big power.

I have the predecessor of the 2650, the Magnuson 2300, and this baby boy is already awesome, but the 2650 is even more capable and efficient at higher boost levels.

You have found the slipperiest slope here indeed, if you keep staring, you'll be parting with a lot of cash soon.

Thanks to both of you for the information. I think I will take baby steps with my stock unit. I see positive displacement pumps with more volume really up the power over stock. I think I will just lurk here and enjoy for the time being. Thanks again.
