It's there all right, choose a trim that supports it (1SS or 2SS), then check the Packages page.

I know the mistake I was making: I was trying to build a 1LE convert. They dont make it.

They made the configurator kinda of a real pos to use.... Still haven't updated to 2024 yet either, sleeping again.
