blind spot mirror recommendation

Any blind spot mirror recommendations?
Circle, rectangular, or otherwise shaped?

I have a 2022 1SS 1LE without blind spot monitoring, so I would like to get some blind spot mirrors for it.

...if only these tack-on mirrors didn't look so nerf. I'm doing fine with blind spot monitoring, auto reverse tilt down and, most importantly, proper mirror adjustment.

I'm the same as you. Do all the Camaro's have auto reverse tilt down? Mine does not currently do that, but maybe there is a setting I never looked for?

There used to be a company called "Multivex", which made high-quality, cut-to-fit mirrors (for BOTH sides) that had a tapered convexity out towards the far ends of the mirror.

So, they could very accurately show what was a few lengths back in the next lane over, AND provide the look at what was practically next to the car. I had these on five or six consecutive vehicles that I owned, including two motorcycles.

Once you got used to them, no blinds spots anywhere, no shortfalls.

Actually, two shortfalls: one, as was mentioned in this thread previously, is that they would render the heated mirror function -- much more common these days, perhaps compared back then -- to be useless, since they mounted onto the mirror face.

Two, the company went out of business. :-(

Jamala,

I have a 2016 2SS, and I have auto-tilt. You should be able to find it buried somewhere in the menus...

And the picture in that video would be wrong, except it’s shot from the px side it appears. If you move back into the drivers side, the side of the car should disappear. As a quick reference, you dont want to see the side, because it’s redundant with the rear view mirror.

Or, if you are directly behind a car and can see the drivers face, their side mirrors are set wrong.
