My apologies if this breaks any rules this is my first post. I recall seeing a thread not long ago regarding constraints but I can’t locate it any longer. Does anyone know the current constraints? I ordered a 2SS black with redline and a zl1 spoiler( can’t see the spoiler being a problem). I’ve heard redline may be an issue now, and have heard 2SS is difficult as well. I k ow being a Canadian order doesn’t help me either with allocations even. Just looking what is probably best suggested to get my order (or even a modified one at this point) in a timely fashion. My thoughts are I’m likely out of luck for 2023

I've had an 'order' in since September of 2021 for a 2SS 1LE and still nothing. Canada is getting shortchanged badly on allocations, and it appears largely random as to which dealers get them and when. It's a total shit show.

Yeah that’s awful. I’m hoping you get yours soon. I’m debating switching to a 1SS at this point as I see people still waiting months and I only put mine in a month ago now. Dealer I dealt with gets about 1-2 camaro allocations a week but seems to be not for any SS

I ordered a 2SS vert and it took 11 weeks to get picked up, and the allocation just came in last week. How long have you been waiting? have you thought

Yea, the 1LE is going to be tough to get. My dealer told me that was the toughest allocation of all.

Yea, the 1LE is going to be tough to get. My dealer told me that was the toughest allocation of all.

I’m at 4 weeks now so granted not that long. I told my rep today that I’d probably take the first SS allocation that comes 1 or 2SS. Also I’ve been trying to figure out what “vert” means, care to end my confusion? Lol

Just for reference, in 2022 I ordered my 1SS 1LE M6 on 31 January and got the car on 19 August. Five other people ordering Camaros at the same dealer got nothing.

My dealer got a 1SS allocation about three weeks into my wait - he asked my if I wanted it, but I told him no. If you want a 1SS, you should be OK. Personally, I wanted all the bells and whistles that come with a 2SS, so I took the chance and waited.
