Rear rotors cost twice as much as the front rotors?
2016 1ss owner finding rear rotors for stock brake.
About to change the rear brake pads. Mechnician sugguests me replace the rear rotors as well. Well then, Front rotors each for: $92.79 on rockauto: https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/gm...264,rotor,1896 And $79.25 on amazon Rear rotors each for: $152.79 on rockauto: https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/gm...233,rotor,1896 This is crazy since front are a lot bigger than the rear one. I think I would choose aftermarket rear rotors in this case. Any recommendations? Thanks |

Check eBay and Amazon. I just bought front rotors for a ZL1 on Amazon for $322 apiece, rears on eBay for $120 apiece.

You get what you pay for, if the OEM lasted 80k , got money's worth . That in it self is worth the 152.79 for another 80k . MO
