If this is what happens, then that's indeed a failure, maybe button #2 is dead, the module could be faulty, a wire or terminal connection could be open... if this is a CPO unit, have the dealer fix it under warranty

It worked yesterday and was able to setup memory # 2 , not sure why it was not working the other day
