2021 LT1 10 speed, LT2 intake, E65, skinnies

Just back from the track test and tune to try out my hoosier skinnies , front seat out (48 lbs) this pass I also had 2 more gallons of gas in the tank compared to my last pass last fall which was 11.44 @ 122.1 mph with OE front tires and pass seat bolted in.
Gained a full tenth and 1.5 mph trap, 11.34 at 123.6mph with a 1.67 60ft. Both days very close same DA in the mid 900 range. Same lane, same track. E65, LT2 intake unported, solar 87 mm tuned TB, stock air box , Axle back Borla s, otherwise 100 percent stock exhaust system in place. Good enough for me considering.

Nice work! Glad you were able to make good use of the decent weather. I was hoping like heck to be ready for this weekend but just didn’t happen.

Any other mods planned? What’s next?

Thanks Josh, I think I am done. This car being my daily driver and all. My interests and quests have been satisfied at 74 years old. Was looking out for you, there were many 6th gen cars there, but no one in your league.

I’ll definitely give you a heads up my next time I head to Lebanon Valley. I need to tidy up some loose ends with my build, then hopefully a successful dyno day on 5/16, then my 15” beadlocks should arrive right about then too…THEN FINALLY TO THE TRACK LOL!

Nice! What is the stall speed for that stock converter? 1.67 60' is strange to me!
I'm looking to get back into the game. Might have to grab one of these LT1s but I got questions about GM lately. Nice times sir!

Thank you and No idea on the stall speed on the stock converter, but I do know these cars launch best off a dead idle, stab hard and release foot brake the same time. I believe 60 ft times in the 1.60s with 440 rwhp is about all that can be expected.

Hello sir. I'm also from CT. I used to own a 2001 SS Camaro. Heads cam intake full exhaust all boltons 3.73 gear on a couple hundred LB diet and that car did a best of 10.9@123 with a 1.5 60' and it had a yank ss3600 stall. The 4thgen cars I believe had a stock converter stall of around 1800 or so and would not 60' very well without an aftermarket higher stall speed. What I'm getting at is YOUR 1.67 60' is awesome for a stock car and I'd like to know what the stock stall speed is. Maybe I'm just ignorant to these newer cars I dont know but I'm seriously thinking about pulling the trigger on a new LT1, I need another fast car. I posted in the new introduction forums as well. I have questions about these cars

Did you happen to track this car when it was stock?

The Transmission TCM is now tuneable on these 10 speed cars, If I had TCM tuned and add headers with a more agressive ECM tune, this car would be a 11.1 or 11.0 car with the stock converter. Put in a high stall quality converter and you should see 10.90. I never ran the 1/4 stock, but the bone stock 10 speed auto cars typically run in the 12.3 range. My 2021 LT1 is my daily driver and is the most pleasant car to drive. Come look me up, maybe I can sell you a fantastic car. Question away any time bud. The car only has about 6 passes down the 1/4 mile strip
