Same tune other than the electronic speed limiter mph change the manufacturer installs due to the different speed rating of the OE tires. Any tuner can change the speed limiter settings . When a car is dyno tuned in the 1 to 1 gear ratio in a auto transmission car, and run up to 6500 rpm in that gear, the car exceeds that 155 mph barrier because tuner changes the speed limiter setting.

The dyno tune is done on 93 octane and a second tune is done on E85, when done you can run any combo of 93 and E85 you want including only 93 and only E85. Its that easy.
