It’s all good I lived in Orange County for a few years and the weather was incredible there. California has to be the most beautiful state in the Union, but the politics and cost of living were insane.

Yeah most Californians are moving out your way due to cost of living....I stopped looking at home prices in Texas because its very tempting haha, so instead I just drive to the beach and enjoy the waves of the ocean

North Texas got a bit, down in our area we have not had anything but some hard freezes in a couple of years. We are in a bit of a fish bowl here in Houston.

Texas residents didnt know what to do, all the dust on the heating coils caused issues in everyone's house that finally turned on their heaters
