2023 ZL1 DSX Flex Fuel kit with stock fuel system...
So is it even worth adding a Flex Fuel kit to a new ZL1 if your not also changing out the low side/high side fuel pump or injectors? What would stock allow, like e20? I'm contemplating not installing my DSX Flex Fuel kit if is will end up being a domino effect to other mods.... I'm mod'ed out at the moment ! (out of gas... no pun intended!)

If the car is otherwise stock, you can use the stock fuel system and safely go to E50 without any issues.

You've got headers / intake / throttle body at this point, right? (not counting exhaust since it really won't matter for purposes of this discussion)
If I'm not missing anything, I'll bet you could run e40 with your mods. @KingLT1 could chime in with a more specific #.

If you go this route, you might want a JMS for insurance. I'm sure someone will add advice based on their experience.

OK, so from what I'm finding, in most all cases, it looks like for a stock fuel system adding E, a JMS module is really kind of required? Looks like I will need to go that route. What happens if you end up mixing E10, E20, E30, E40 etc... then finally go past what your fuel system can handle (E-50), or is that not how it works? Would you need to siphon out and start over?
