My wife has an F Type S convertible. It’s a fun car. But even in the R variant it’s gonna make significantly less power than the ZL1.

I think the only big-power V8's you can even buy new with a manual transmission other than the ZL1 are Hellcat and the Blackwing, right? I know they don't have convertibles, though.

Yeah, you would have to go find a C7 Z06 Vert.

You can get a Convertible in the Dodge Challenger although it is not factory built. Dodge actually farms the car out to a shop for the conversion for an extra $26,000 over the Coupe price.

Just a used C7 Z06 Vert. They are around $70k-$80k used. You eliminate a lot high performance options with a convertible since the chassis needs to be able to support the torque.

The reality though is the demand for such a vehicle is pretty low. It takes a particular enthusiast buyer to appreciate these cars. There is no question it is a great performance bang for the buck but that hasn't helped sales at all. I mean, GM builds how many ZL1 verts with a manual per year? Maybe 250-300?

I think it was 195 total ZL1 verts in 2022. So less than195 with a manual. If you use the 21% metric it is... 41 LMAO!

12,142 sold so far for the US. These numbers will change as there are still unsold and unproduced 2022 models. If the percentages don't add up to 100%, it's because GM rounds these numbers to the nearest number.

And all the options including carbon fiber hood insert, red seat belts
Embroidered console, red knee pads, carbon gas cap,& ZL1 car cover
