Here's mine. Nothing fancy- each valve cover to the can. Not cheap though and only for boosted applications. FWIW, for N/A cars I don't see the point of messing with it, especially on e. That will clean up everything, you'll never see the oil.

Both my valve covers are vented with a spectre cone type filter. No tuning problems. I have a catch can also .no oil smell etc and no crank case pressure. Sorry EPA not!!!

How is E gonna stop oil from entering the intake without a catch can if your running a stock pcv system?

It doesn't stop it, but since a L99/LS3 is port injected the vapors clean everything.
