New member / new car
Hello from the sunny coast of South Carolina.
I am new here and about to be a first time Camaro owner. I had been wanting (more like lusting after) a Riverside Blue ZL1 convertible for a few years. Sometimes you see a car and it leaves a lasting impression that you just can't shake...the only option I required was a 6 speed manual. I finally placed an order for a 2023 model in July 2022. 2023 is a big year for me (I turn 50, my business turns 25, and it's my 10 year marriage anniversary) and I plan to keep this car until they tell me I'm too old to drive. The order has been sitting at 3000 level for months. I was starting to think it wasn't going to happen. While daydreaming and looking at the order sheet on Chevrolet's website, I decided to check and see if any other dealers had something similar...and I found one in Iowa. So, I bought the one in Iowa and cancelled my order. After 49 years, I finally have a reason to go to Iowa. |

Beautiful. Just make sure they take out the front spring spacers that are used for transportation only. Looks a bit high up front.

That's so funny - I literally just saw a Riverside blue convertible zl1 out here in my neighborhood! Congrats, and enjoy the car!

Beautiful Car! I just got mine in Shadow Grey with manual as well. Drives really smooth and love the rep match! Question....do you have a small play in your shifter? Like 1/4"-1/2"? Just curios what others experience.

Congrats! I'm partial to that color as well. Judging from the decor, and that 1959 Nash on the showroom floor, that dealer has been around for a minute.
 (Just taking a wild guess on the car, LOL)
