New winter wheels and tires

I picked up some Iroc replica wheels with Michelin PS A/S so I could drive the ZL1 1LE during the winter months. I won’t drive it in the snow but hate the thought of another car sitting for 3-4 months. They only came in 20x10 front and 20x11 rear, so normal ZL1 sizing but fitment is good on the 1LE. I realize they certainly aren’t the best but fit the use and look decent for cold weather driving.

Tire people say that for winter driving on snow, narrower, not wider, tires are needed. Wide tires "plow" too much snow.

Thanks for this, I might refer back to this if my ZLE order ever comes through. I'm definitely not letting it sit for the winter either; I'm in Denver and the snow doesn't stick around for long. Looks good to me!

I like the look, they are heavier than the factory forged wheels, I didn’t weigh them just noticed putting them on. I’ll certainly be going back to OEM in the spring but will be able to enjoy the car in the winter now. I picked them up at Tire Rack but had to select the SS 1LE as it didn’t show them as an option for a ZL1. Not sure why as the wheel specs match.
