For Me and Other's that have a warranty for 3 years, well 2 years an 10 months I don't want to put that at risk. So any changing of the tune or sensors, are out of the question for me , I just wanted to raise the octane to 92 , without compromising the engine or components.Im wondering if pump premium 91 has MMT, if so wouldn't be a concern.

When I purchase a car of this caliber, Warranty is the least of my concern. The last place on Earth I ever want to take the car to is a dealer. No way do I ever want some dealership tech wrenching on my performance car if I can avoid it. I would rather take it to a reputable performance shop and pay out of pocket. You have Cordes performance down in your neck of the woods, that is where I would be taking it if anything came up. But I do understand your concern.

The overwhelming majority of dealer service bays, especially *Chevy*, treat your car like absolute trash. I could literally write 3 paragraphs of horror stories just from my own experience with this car when I first bought it new, never mind other GM cars I’ve owned. And just to throw it out there, my brother was a GM tech as a teenager. You don’t want to know the stories he has told me about how performance cars got treated by the techs…

Nothing new, I've figured so , with the new Chevrolets I have purchased over the years luckily I've never needed warranty work, got my fingers / toes and anything else I can cross, that be for the ZL1, and my wife's new Blazer.
I was in for my Oil and Diff change Friday , Service advisor asked me if I've been following the brake in period in the Owners Manual, I replied trying to do my best. He did make me aware the ECM stores all driving information, and if not followed and warranty work is needed they can deny. I have been a good boy, but not a Saint .

Looks about right to me. I would just do 3 Ethanol and 7 pump gas to keep it simple.
