Getting my zl1 wrapped tomorrow!

If you may recall, I had a satin steel 2022 on order for months, but it never got built. I canceled and ordered a sharkskin 2023, but after 2 months of no production movement, I gave up and found a zl1 at a local dealer. It was manual with no sunroof or pdr (I don't track the car), so I jumped on it. Only downside was that I wasn't crazy about the color. So, though it has grown on me a little, it just doesn't stand out enough. I've finally decided to pull the trigger on a certain color wrap that I love. Pics will be up as soon as I get the car back, that's for sure.

In the meantime, is there anything I need to prep or plan for, or ask about, before I drop off the car? I'm having him do the zl1 add-ons rock guards also, to try to keep the wrap from getting chewed up on the lower half of the car.

He wants to tint the windows while he has it, but for $500 I think I will pass. What do you think? The car is never sitting outside in the sun unless I'm at a carshow, and when I'm out driving around, the front windows are always down. So really it would only be for the aesthetics when the car is parked or being photographed.

I'd get the tint, if only for UV protection while on the road. Just my 2 cents'.

Yes tint the windows 30% on the sides. 20% back window.

Tint, your a fish in a fish bowl W/O. MO but wait a little while before you have the car wrapped , Shadow Gray Metallic maybe your new favorite color

LOL! That was the other color I had my choices down to...but in the end I went for the one that I think will be more unique. That color does look amazing, though

I love my Shadow Grey, it looks incredible in the sun when it's detailed, more blue grayish than anything. What color did you end up going with and who's doing it here in Cali?

And clg, I'm getting it done at Wraps by Dre in Suisun. He was like $2k cheaper than the other places I checked out in the San Jose/Santa Clara area, and I watched him on instagram for a while before committing. Shadow grey was growing on me, but the color I picked has sentimental value
