IMO you're better off in CAM if only for being able to run enough camber to allow for even tire wear. I'm not too focused on results in terms of how I place, I just want both myself and my car to keep improving. I feel like the car setup for CAM is working with me moreso vs when it was in BS and I can keep tweaking it and making it faster without spending big $.

A bone stock SS 1LE or the other sides Mach 1 are both competitive in CAMC right off of the showroom floor. Just add tires and an alignment. Some guys really dive off into the deep end when they start modding their cars for CAM. I've been running CAM for years now. I can put my car back to 100% stock in about 6 hours. Imo one of the best mods you could do for a 1LE headed into CAM is to get 2 lightweight Kirkey seats. Get some mounting brackets and put them in. Total cost would be roughly $800-$1000 and you'd drop 75+lbs. You could swap them out in 10 minutes and run FS.

It is a solid CAM-C car out of the box. I will sometimes run CAM-C instead of FS if the schedule for CAM-C is better.
