Looks like trans torque management. Did the max torque gear vs rpm table get reverted back to stock? Shouldn't need any suspension yet, lower the tire pressure. 21-23psi.

I'll just try dropping it down several MPH and just retry the next time, then creep it back up if its gone. It may also have something to do with this table... but I haven't wrapped my head around it yet. I think it was this table that was discussed in another thread regarding rpm limits and not allowing enough torque. I think these values are triggered when the ECU thinks there's going to be an RPM limit overrun.

I could have run more E last night. I was at E52 earlier in the day, but mixed down to E45. I was concerned that temps were going to drop more than they did and wanted to ensure I had plenty of inj overhead. As it turns out it clouded up and kept temps higher than expected. Not only that, but a pull where I start out in 2nd or 3rd... by the time I get to the top of 4th, IATs are much lower than what I saw last night and inj pw is riding the limit. Last night, with staging lane heat soak and longer pull, the IATs were up around 150F at the end... So I had plenty of inj overhead left. It started pulling timing too. I know that can be adjusted, but erring on the side of safety for now. Airflow lb/min and cyl airmass were dismal compared to a similar street pull. I didn't break 80 lbs/min and was below 1.3 g/cyl airmass. During tuning runs, a pull would have gotten me 85 lbs/min and 1.40 g/cyl, at least at top of 4th.
This is the first burnout since I did the trans tune. I don't do that kind of thing on the street. Before I had the trans tune, I had to really stab the throttle hard and keep feeding more throttle in to offset the torque limit per gear... So this time out I instinctively did the same, but no torque limits this time, and it ended up shifting into 3rd, which you can hear in the vid. I'll probably raise the eqr to .82 instead of .80 for the next time as well. Finally here is a side by size of Dragy and Timeslip.
1/4 mile was pretty darn close, but there was some difference in the 60'. Not much, but some.

What is the current 1-2 shift MPH set to?
I'd set the 1-2 shift to 31MPH. Looking at the chart, it looks like the shift rpm for 1-2 is actually lower than the shift rpm for 2-3 & 3-4. Maybe show the log to Rick, get his opinion. Also, I don't see you logging AFR. Definitely want that. All that being said, you made good progress. Congrats!

Exactly like that. All nannies off, tutd mode 2nd gear. Only burnout "problem" was driver error letting it shift to 3rd. Was going to burn out for 3-5 seconds around 45-50 mph and it went to 60 quickly and upshifted... still got some tire smoke going, but could have been better. oh well. Lessons learned.

Cradle lockout Diff lockout Rear toe bars All 3 sets rear control arms Get alignment done (important!) Now break out the plastic and start spending!

Ok..the ECM table I just set to 1200 across the board that way if you accidently hit limiter, it doesn't cause any limiting when you shift the next gear.
