What does this card mean?

This was in with my documents I received with the ZL1. What is the meaning? Is it worth saving? The QR code brings up nothing for me.

I saw one that said ship to: Helm. That's just a piece of paper that the manufacturer includes so they know exactly which portfolio it is when they are received.

I think that is the scan card inside the owners manual package so that the plant operator can confirm that you get the right package. If the plant has parts that can be easily switched, they often require the operator to scan the part before he installs it to confirm it is the right one. Just guessing.
