What a deal!

Piemonte Chevrolet in Illinois has a 23’ Z (non 1LE) in Riverside Blue. Auto with sunroof. It’s “not priced”, but I’ll save any members the trouble…

$15,000 markup over MSRP!

I hope it sits on the lot unsold for a LONG time.

Hopefully GM is actually watching the dealers that are charging ADM’s.

It’s a free market. They can place whatever dreamy number they think it’ll snag. The part that really upsets me is they waste a lot of everyones’ time not listing the price.

In addition, not listing cars in transit on cars.com as “sold”. Or not letting people know a car in transit will have a hefty ADM once they arrive. Had another guy that ordered one that is built/ in transit but needed to back out. I told him I’d take the car at MSRP and write him a check for his deposit. His response “I want $90k for it” (MSRP $78 and change). Wow, awesome so you want me to pay your sales tax and a premium above that? He ordered the car at MSRP, of course.

I’m about out of patience. I’ve talked to several dealers that will do sold orders @MSRP, but nobody but GM knows anything regarding constraints & allocations. A few of these dealers deserve to suffer in the future trying to peddle a Camaro sedan EV.

I agree with cooldawg, they can ask whatever they want for the car (as long as they aren't a monopoly), but playing these stupid games of not giving people timely information is pathetic.

Do not pay any amount in ADM. Do your research and find the dealers that do not charge it. Not sure where ya'll live but Radley Chevrolet (Fredericksburg, VA) has them with NO ADM.

I bought my 2022 at MSRP; minus my rebates. Check out joinyaa.com (https://joinyaa.com/dealers/?_have_reviews=1) and review their dealership reviews.

Good luck and RIDE ON!

Gotta’ hand it to them on the presentation front. Those are some really nice glamour shots. VO looks fantastic in that trim. They could sell it for cash today at MSRP, but I’m not going to even bother making an offer, lol.

Thanks for the links at Radley, Sk. Not much for SW myself, but at some point beggars can’t be choosers, right? I hope our members scoop these cars up. That dealer deserves a few more allocations!

Keep em’ coming, please!

At least someone actually just wants to sell cars!

The markups are crazy, but some people are out there paying them. I remember just a few years ago when you could get 5%, 10%, even 15% off MSRP....Now it is the other way.

My 2017 ZL-1 stickered for $68k and I paid $59k in October when the 2018s were hitting the lot. Guess we won't see that ever again.

I was able to find a dealer here in Southern California that after a few minutes of negotiations sold me a 2022 ZL1 for MSRP. Never thought I would find that in CA.

That is surprising. Congrats on snagging one. You sure wouldn’t expect big ADM’s on a car in Midwest during the fall, no less, but here we are. If you don’t mind me asking, what was the ADM when you started negotiating?

I just picked up my ‘23 2SS this past Saturday from Radley. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
