Yea looks like I would have to do an ati dampener. I was just trying to stop belt slip. But I dont want to do the dampener so got to find another way. Already did griptec and rpm belts. open to any ideas.

I have heard that the regular DAYCO belts grip better with the griptec pulleys. RPM belts are said to be a harder compound and more prone to slip.

I run the Dayco/Griptec combo and have no belt slip at all, although I am on a 10-rib setup though.

Is the 8.25 the stock diameter for the Camaro? For some reason I thought it was 7.54 or 7.75.

I’m running the ati with 8.25 pulley with 3.7 on PC. I was having slip issues too. I put a rpm belt on and moved tensioner fwd one hole. Now I’m not having any issues. 8 rib.
