Good luck. Just changed my rear mag struts on my 5th gen ZL1 about 3 months ago. Took the Chevy dealer 2 1/2 months to get a right rear strut. The found a left rear right away, but no luck on the right rear anywhere in the US.
Get ready to open your pocket book. On my 5th gen, prices from the Chevy dealer, $888.83 PER STRUT, Plus another $91 for each strut connector.! Did NOT want to take a chance on getting a cheaper off the internet and find out it's a cheap China knock-off that 'might' last 500 miles. On the other hand, with the new rear struts, the car now drives like it's brand new rather than 10 years old. Money well spent. |
