I have all service work done at the dealer, so the bolt replacement is built into the price of the alignment. This is for street use.

I would take the TTY stuff seriously. What you upgrade to is up to you, but I would not re-use any TTY bolt that has been torqued to its yield point.

There are only 4 bolts that need replaced for an alignment. The two rear toe eccentric bolts and the rear camber eccentric bolts.

That is not my understanding. You also have to add the 4 strut bolts into the mix. I have the BMR toe rods, which is why I'm down to 6 bolts for a full alignment.

The four strut to knuckle bolts are not TTY. That has been covered here on the forums in the past. And I have confirmed from the service manual. They are only Torque To Angle. While all the bolts we are talking about use a Torque To Angle tightening procedure, the service manual does not call out those strut bolts to be replaced as it does with the rear TTY bolts. It calls out the 2 rear toe eccentrics and the 2 rear camber eccentrics.

I do somewhat agree with with some questioning if they are actually TTY fasteners. But I did reuse a pair of the toe eccentrics of my buddy's 1LE one time and I felt them yield. IOW, they would not tighten, they just kept turning with a steady, non increasing resistance, before the point of final angle. And when I pulled them out, they were yielded (stretched). While sometimes you can tell by looking at the bolts if they are TTY (stepped down shoulder), I wonder if the type of heat treatment can create the desired stretch point that determines if they are a one time use.

The alignment shop I used never replaced the bolts, and the alignment would be off 2000 miles later. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the 6 bolts, and my alignment has not moved in 5000 miles.
