I received an email from Chevrolet this morning saying my car is in Indiana on a train and scheduled to be delivered to Wisconsin on the 25th, I’m assuming from there it will need a truck to the dealership. I guess at least I’m getting some movement finally.

We get about 3 days a year in North Dakota

There is nothing I can do about shipping, so might as well grin and bare it.

that's why I ended up searching and got lucky finding same thing I ordered just a little away. If I would have kept my order with the 1le delays it probably would have shown up in like Jan in the middle of PA winter and just would have sat in my garage. I wanted it asap to enjoy it for a few months

I have good news and bad news for you... The good news is that you're buying from a great dealership. The bad news is your should expect 4 weeks in New Boston, a week on the train, and then 3-7 days for the car to get picked up and delivered to the dealer.

Times may vary but I'm giving you the exact numbers from my Camaro that went to the same dealer. Also, not to throw salt in the wound, but your car missed the last train by four days.

This isnt the case for everyone. I saw someone posted last week from my area in pa. That their vehicle when to new boston an less then a week later it was on train enroute an then had vehicle a week later so basically took 10 days from arrival at new boston to dealer arrival

Also do we know how often the train runs

Yes I have been happy with Donohoo, the salesperson I’m dealing with always updates me when there is a status change. The day after it went to 4300 it went to 4B00. Luckily it’s warm enough here for me to drive year round

Thank you for the info, helps set my expectations.

That’s great insight, do you have any idea what’s the average wait for a car that is at OFFSITE YARD - WEST LOT (LG) (LY)? The vehicle is going to Orlando, FL.

If it gets out of the bay before the train runs I'd imagine it'll get on there within that timeframe... From what I've seen bayed after leaving the plant usually just means it's sitting and is expected to be there for a bit.

If I'm getting my dates right you were bayed the same day Biden blocked the railroad strike... They may have bayed all customer orders outside of the railroad in anticipation of blowback? The two could be connected or I could be throwing a hailmary there.

Correct. However, since our cars start and end at the same place I figured he may get some peace of mind knowing how mine went.

I do not have that info. I'd imagine it moves as soon as they get enough cars headed one way... For now. That whole Railroads vs Rail Unions debacle is still raging on.
