I believe they all are on the ZL1. GM just offers a paint match option that paints over the carbon? Someone will surely correct me if I’m wrong.

Personally, I like the exposed carbon hood scoop when looking at it up close but I prefer the painted black scoop as it matches the rest of the trim pieces that are also Mosaic black. The carbon fiber one tend to look a bit gray from a distance. It is just a preference thing, I could take it or leave it.
