Epic Near Miss
This is why guys don't get bumped to A group right away. Intermediate Group would have had guys leaving in the Ambulance.
Corvette Driver ruptured his brake lines and had nothing going into Turn 1. I'll post the in cabin onboard from my car later on. It's processing now on YouTube. |

His car has a manual emergency/parking brake and helps in a situation like this.
For us 6th gen Camaro's and the electric parking brake, it'll just lock our brakes up and screw the tires up and cause a spin out...making this situation more worse. I don't understand why the Government mandated that we have to go to electric parking brakes. Glad he was able to control the car and not hit anyone and barely any damage to his car. |
