Not sure if true. But several people have told me they have been able to track where their vehicle currently is using onstar. Is this true? I have tried but unfortunately i cant since i dont already have an active onstar account

So, in my research, i've heard mixed answers to this question honestly.

Some have said they were able to activate onstar with their salesman and then see the location on the chevy app. Some people actually said the location was totally off from the real one and others have said it's on point

I am too cheap to pay $20-$40 a month for some tracking haha Just ask your dealer for an update on shipping every other wednesday. the tracking is said to be updated every tues / wed.

Overall: mixed answers and you don't actually know where the car is for sure.... until it's sign time!

Well according to my dealer my eta is 7/18. Which is tomorrow. But not believing it yet

Congrats! So basically the exact date of 7/10 was wrong but it did come the same week. Was it your dealer using vin view that gave you eta? My dealer said vin view is showing tomorrow 7/18 for eta. So if mine is same as yours it should arrive hopefully by end of week

Yeah my dealer gave me the ETA, so it was only late by 2 days. And the updated eta was 7/18 but showed up early Friday.

Our 2022 2SS was built first week of June, & dealer thought it might be here by July 1st (yeah, right). Later told maybe July 18th, but as of two days ago still sitting in lot, although the chevychat/agent said it has been released to carrier.

Guess what is really crazy, is the trains are running pretty regular from what we can tell, & it was the trucking problems last year that caused problems. Just don't understand the rail transport problems.
