I had heard that as well. But then mine should mention that its delayed but mine simply says awaiting dispatch

If the 2023 Camaros are complete and need nothing, I cannot see them keeping them from shipping just because there are 2022 awaiting parts.

I believe from reading earlier posts (back when Becky and Joe had the thread) that once you sign for the car it hits 6000 it takes it out of the system. I thought I remember a statement like "I can't see it once it hits 6000".

You'll need to get DylansZLE or DC Chevy Sales to confirm or explain this.

As far as I can remember, 6000 means only the ordering dealer has further information on where the car physically is. @exscat, I am assuming that by "signed for it" you mean placing the order and giving the dealer a deposit.

I thought by signing for it he meant that he completed the sale (the paperwork, even though he hadn't taken physical delivery). To me that would trigger it to register 6000 in the system. Again, I could be wrong. I will be curious to see the answer once DylansZLE or DC Chevy Sales provide more insight.

It looks like my ZL1 is supposed to be delivered next week. Does anyone know why it would keep disappearing from the dealers and Chevy's website. It's disappeared before then showed back up a couple days later. Just curious as to why this keeps happening. The dealer said they have no idea why.

My ZL1 is supposed to be delivered this week also. The day after it was built, it appeared on the chevy website for one day. (Not in transit, but as if it was sitting on the dealer's lot). I was able to download a PDF of the window sticker that included my order number and VIN. It disappeared from the website after that and has not returned. I have no idea why.

gave a deposit on march 1st. car was built april 26 which sends an invoice to the dealer. he tells me once the dealer gets an invoice you "close" the deal. so i did. they said the car usually takes 2-3 weeks. after 3 weeks i was told the car went to quality control. was told that could take 4 weeks. if you do the math, and where we are today, that's 10 weeks since "closing". gm financial thinks i have the car as does xmsirius radio. dealer paid for month of may payment and told me i am on my own after that so i have paid for june car payment and now chevy customer service is involved but it is still up to the dealership as to if i will get reimbursed for june. turned my charger lease in on may 15th and have been without a car ever since.

This doesnt sound accurate. I put my deposit down march 18th. My car was accepted march 31st. Then my car was officially built as of may 18th. I havent singed or paid anything since i put my initial deposit down
