Magnuson 2300 to 2650
Has anyone ever ran the maggie 2300 and upgraded to the 2650. Was it worth the money for the swap. And what all changed? All I can tell from photos is the coolant lines. Will the 2300 intercooler still work?

Yes, many have and I was probably the first since I worked for Magnuson at the time. I would for sure consider it. You'll have unlimited potential if you really want to make more power at the same boost level and much cooler IATs. I made about 80 more rwhp with the same timing on 2 lbs lower boost, its all in the tuning. If you drag race you'll probably see about 30 degrees lower IATS at the end of the track. The 2650 will for sure wake up that 416, the 2300 is just not enough for the big inch motors.

Very little, its almost a direct swap. Don't need to change much at all. You can either buy new Valve Covers or modify your own to clear the blower. Pretty easy deal. Let me know if you need anything else. I'm glad to help

Are there aftermarket valve covers to relocate the coil packs w/o having to cut up the stock ones?

There are, but the PCV baffles are inferior to the ones in the OEM valve covers...

I had them both ways. I first did the swap with modifed stock VCs and then had to pull the blower back off for some reason so I got a set of the Speed Engineering polished, you do need to buy some fittings for the VCs but and they basically place the coils back in the same position. The kit magnuson has to modify the stock covers moves them down just about the bottom of the VC. Way cheaper to modify the Stock ones.
