, these are just the interceptors of course. Nice lightweight LT1s, guess the police change the stock tires, or 155 mph is where they'll top out.

The comments there are somewhat disheartening, not sure what these people want, should the police use Priuses to chase criminals? Or just let them get away?

I didn't watch video yet ,I was going by what GP officer told me march year ago. He said v6 automatic. If they have the lt1 it will be like mad max , bad a#@.

Such a bad car to spend time in - not much space to move, great in race cars, shitty while sitting on side of the road waiting for Mr. Not Paying Attention to go legally steal some money from.. i mean collect fines for reasons.

I approve ... ... but in all honesty I think interceptors should be soup'd up bikes.. .. impossible to outrun or outmaneuver.. .. and can also keep up with those bikers racing down the freeway. When its time to make the arrest you just call in a local cruiser. Seriously, It would be interesting to see a squad of specially trained high performance biker cops to take down speeding bikes, illegal ATV's, and street racers.
