What suspension settings did GM engineers use on the Nurburgring?
Does anyone know what suspension settings they used? Did they use the "recommended" settings for camber, toe etc., and what did they have the swaybar set at and the front height adjustment? I get my ZLE next week and want to set it up right away where it performs well on medium fast race tracks like Big Willow or Buttonwillow. Thanks!

Isn't streets more technical than speed? That's what I remember from my 2 wheel days.
I want to do a hpde with NASA at ACS on the 11th or 12th but I'd still need a lot of prep before that. |

There is a track alignment setting in the performance manual that GM recommends. But if this is your first time ever racing, leave the suspension settings alone and go get a feel for the car then start to tweak the suspension to what you want and for each track wants.
Using whatever setup that GM used at the Nurburgring doesn't mean it's the optimal setting for every track in the world. Last edited by Vigilante375; 06-04-2022 at 03:45 PM. |

I don’t believe this is his first event from what I’ve gathered on other posts.

lots of tracking with an ss 1le, 15 z/28 and a Zl1. I am mainly curious on swaybar and front ride height settings. I already know what I want for front and rear camber.
