Eibach Pro-Kit Spring Sag for LT1?

Hey All,

I ordered the Eibach pro-kit lowering springs from Phastek Performance for my 2021 LT1 and had them installed by a certified shop. Right after install, 3 of 4 corners seemed perfect, but the rear passenger spring seemed to sit lower.

Couple weeks go by as I wait for the springs to settle, and it still seems off to me - not to mention a harsher ride than I was expecting (I have owned lowered cars in the past before, so I know the expectation here - and I read that Eibach offers the closest ride quality compared to stock).

I take it back to the shop, and they put it up on a lift to determine that the passenger right spring does have a different compression than the driver's side, and thus sits lower (spring sag). They confirmed it was likely a defective spring and to look into getting a warranty replacement.

I reach out to Phastek and then get redirected to Eibach to get a warranty replacement. After some discussion with Eibach, they mention that they can't provide a replacement because the springs are designed for the SS / ZL1 (non-1LE spec.). I mention to him that there's countless threads on these forums confirming that the non-1LE SS / ZL1 springs would work on the LT1, but he was adamant that was not the case. I also believe Phastek confirmed fitment for the LT1 as I called them to check on the backorder status a few months ago. Phastek is looking into what they can do for me now.

Wanted to get your thoughts:
1) Are the Eibach pro-kit SS / ZL1 (non-1LE) spec springs OK to use with the LT1? I was under the impression that they were.
2) Is there another spring manufacturer you recommend if I'm looking for a minimal drop (<1.0" all around, as I live in the city) & ride quality closest to stock? If things don't work out with Eibach & Phastek, I would prefer to use a different brand & supplier entirely going forward to avoid the headache.

Appreciate any thoughts - thanks so much in advance.

Phastek and Eibach are stand up companies and it sucks that you're dealing with this, (you just want your car looking and riding like it should) Keep hammering them, but if for some reason they still don't come thru for you, let me know. You can tell them you have an SS, you can even use my VIN# if they ask for it. And if that doesn't work, I work about 15 minutes away from Eibach and I'd love to stop in there and have a little fun with them.

The SS and the LT1 are the EXACT same suspension.
There is 100% zero chance that the trim level of the car has any effect on the ride height with aftermarket springs.

The LT1 is a "basic SS". The LT1 leaves out options such as digital gauge cluster, smaller infotainment, smaller rear brakes; but suspension is 100% identical.

I lowered my 2020 LT1 with BMR springs and I was very happy with the product.

I'm running the Phastek spring that they offer under their own brand. Its my second set as I had them on my 2016 1ss and now have the same on my 2022 Lt1.

Size: 164.4 KB my 2022 on Phastek, I always measure from the bottom of the wheel all the way around. My drivers rear sets about 1/4" higher but when I'm in the drivers seat its perfect. Mine dropped the front about 1.25 and rear just about 1 inch. Rides just as good as stock and handles much better.
