I saw 1 other person with something similar, but it's not exactly what I am seeing. I have a 2016 2SS. I recently put on 305 in the rear and I read that some of the wires on the divers side rear fender can possible rub, so I thought I'd be proactive and just tuck everything up. Now this isn't my first rodeo and I didn't stretch or bend the wires I just moved them slightly and duct taped them in. Now when I put my car in reverse my rear camera works but my Rear Cross Traffic Alert not working. It's as the sensors no longer work. I thought maybe I got unlucky and the module went bad but called the dealer and they haven't even sold a replacement part for that every. Seems unlikely the Rear Cross-Traffic Alert module went bad, but not impossible. I took off the rear wheel, removed the fender well and traced all the wires, nothing is broken or discounted. I actually put all the wires exactly as they were from factory. Again I didn't cut or damage them, just duck taped them tight to the fender. Maybe I blew a fuse? I get no codes and I disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, hell I even reset to factory settings. I'm sure it was me when I touched the wire harness. But that was literally all I did. Any ideas other then the ones I tried?

Do you have any codes set? A more capable scan tool (such as this one) would be able to read the module and see the status, perhaps even reset or recalibrate if applicable.

Alternatively, since the wires may have already been damaged, you moving them may have been the final straw, so I'd check continuity on each wire in the harness that you moved.

If all that fails, I'd somewhat reluctantly take the car in.

Hey thanks for the suggestion. I think I indeed need a better code reader but it will way cheaper just to bring her in.
