I’m going to go ahead and order those bolts. Would you advice against using washers for the time being?

What’s the grade of your current bolts? I don’t want you to get the wrong grade. I don’t have LT4 blower so IDK what grade GM used.

As far as using washers in the meantime, my suggestion would be to get a washer of similar grade as the bolts. The reason is because you don’t want some inferior grade washer. If the washer is softer (lower grade) it could deform/crush. That would create a new issue for you.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped out. There’s definitely a learning curve with all of this but it’s worth it in the end.

The bolts were too long. I added 2 grade 8 washers to each bolt and that did the trick. The bolts seated right and so did the supercharger. I just got back from a test drive and everything felt great.

Glad this worked out for you!
