Catch Can Set up on 16 Camaro SS with LT4 Blower?

Does anyone know the correct way to set up a mighty mouse catch can on a camaro ss with lt4 blower? I recently installed it with the dirty side is coming from the port under the supercharger near the valley where the factory pcv plug used to be. From that port the hose runs to the can. From the can the return line runs back near the throttle body and tees off into the brake booster.

Does anyone know if this is the correct way?

After initial start up i have a very rough/choppy idle and rpms surge every 2-3 second. I can't seem to figure out what's wrong.
