I have posted before that I ordered September 21. Talked to Joe about the order the other day and he sent me an updated order sheet for a 2023.

And he still knows about the same as the rest of us. No guarantee on time. I am in no hurry but hope Chevy doesn't pull the plug before I get it.

I ordered in September 2021 a 2022 in Vivid Orange it arrived March 2022. Guys that have orders stay the coarse. But I would look on Auto Trader daily deals fall apart all the time..

They are scheduled as per my dealer for my 22 model I ordered May 9th. for beginning build, May 14th for ending. I just ordered 4 weeks ago. Have already got conformation 3000 code

It doesn’t look promising. Spoke with my Dealership this morning. They said 2023 orders are not being allowed. They are not accepting 2023 orders. I know others on here claim they have orders placed with their individual dealership. But placing a order and getting a car delivered is 2 different things. Parts shortage along with the factory closed isn’t helping.

I was talking to a dealer about an incoming 2022 until they told me it had a $25,000 market adjustment. I wish GM had a way to report these instances.

So I had ordered a 2022 model on March 1. It's still not accepted by GM. At what point can I ask my dealer for my deposit back?

I would still buy the car for sure if it did arrive, but I'm asking here because I highly doubt that my order will end up being fulfilled at this point...no?

If it’s a California dealer, deposits are refundable by law up to and including the day of your actual delivery/purchase.

My 2022 was at 3400 last Monday, a week ago. Vivid Orange ZL1.

Regular ZL1s should be easily attainable with no backlog, if a dealer is giving you issues find another to place an order. I use Ed Rinke in Warren MI, they can get you a Camaro at MSRP.

ZL1 1LEs on the other hand..... no luck
