ZL1-1LE BRAKE LINES -STAINLESS STEEL?
SO, for all my track friends, and even more so for the ZL1-1LE guys.
Has anyone swapped out oem to any stainless steel brake lines? I always have on my cars and bikes, but I have been told by some, "it isn't needed". I figured you guys that track more often woud give some insight to your thoughts, experiences, opinions. Thanks

I wanted to buy the Carbon brake lines. I even placed the order and paid never received them and eventually got my money back. Most likely going to order some SS lines just looking to see what the best one to order.

Spieglers are great, used those on my SV1000s and SV650S.

i find it hard to believe we buy a $7500 package and they cant add a $100 item onto the car from the factory. the 1LE 100% has crappy rubber lines?

The non 1le fitment refers to the ss 1LE if I recall. the location (top or bottom of the caliper) where the line connects between the 4 and 6 pistons makes a huge difference in length. I remember it being an issue on the 5th gen too.

They are a dress up item. They will make no difference in braking performance.
