This is all great information. I reckon this just saved me 1500 to 2k for the front facia.

When you say 'template', do you mean that the slots are marked inside the facia? Part if the mould so to speak.

There are now outline of slots on the inside of the fascia and before this they made a template out of paper that went on the out side of the car to mark the slots to cut out.

Unless u have an early 2018 there will be oval slots with an outline to cut out on the inside of the fascia the pic is of the template for 17 to early 2018.

Thanks for posting. I'll look for the ovals when I remove the facia this afternoon.
