ZL1 A10 Bolt-on's, Fuel System, and E.
The point of this post is to provide info on how much Ethanol you can run on a full bolt-on car while fueling DI only. No Meth No Port Injection. There have been a lot of posts in the past asking these kinds of questions and most of the responses have been hearsay for the most part.
We are in the process of finishing up my brothers Bolt-on A10 Zl1 setup. The mods consist of: Flex sensor FIC +30 injectors LPE HPFP JMS voltage booster CAI inductions carbon intake Kong port with 2.17 upper / stock lower / MPI lid LPE ported 95mm tb 2" catless headers / 3" resonated X pipe / stock muffler I am commanding 2175 rail psi and injectors are hovering around 5.4ms @ .83-.84 lambda with E54 fuel. Low side is holding good, high side dips a bit on the hit and recovers fast. Tried E65 the other day and it's dropping rail too much on the hit but still recovers up top. These stock blowers hit hard turned up...I might play around with pulling some timing in that area to take a little power out of the hit but overall the fuel system is doing well on E50-60 making 13-14psi of boost. It's a pretty safe bet that a stock pulley setup could run full E with full bolt-ons and a ported supercharger no problem using this fuel system setup. Hope this helps for those trying to go as far as they can with bolt-ons and E without tearing into the motor or adding complexity to the fuel system with Meth or Port Injection.

Excellent info. Almost the same set up as mine except for the pulley. Any idea of power or 1/4 mile, or 60-130?

I've seen others say these 1740s hit harder from the start than the bigger blowers, so they'll gap in the beginning. It takes time to try to reel those little suckers in, lol. NICE!!! That's about the timing I've got a car running around 16-psi or so. Is it a standard or X-port?

It's the standard port. I am actually surprised how well these superchargers respond to porting. It's Manifold temps are not bad at all.

Interesting. I’m at the point of deciding on N/A or 2650.
I’m scared to run boost w/o E on LT1, but don’t want the hassle of mixing. I also don’t have the funds to open the motor (cam/drop-ins) up plus do a supercharger. If I could run a 95mm pulley (8ish psi) and full E85 that would be sweet. Then go cam/drop ins down the road and back to 93 if I ever want to turn her up. Car sees road course so I’m limited on what I can do with low side. Decisions. Hopefully DW comes out with their dual pump in stock bucket system like they just did for Gen 5. That would be cool.

Either way my advice would be if you can't afford to fix it then don't mod it.

I did get my XDI +30's installed in my SS today. Got up to E65 before a storm rolled in. Injectors were hovering around 5.0ms. Rail was just starting to slightly taper up top. I need to clean up the fuel and will probably drop the rail pressure down some. But I think it will be close to being able to run anything under E80. Even then I will more then likely keep it in the E60-65 range and call it good. I don't think there is much benefit to running more E then that anyway.

Oh, in your post you said 2175. That has to be wrong. Also, your rail pressure is all over the place and low side is dropping as well. What is the INJ PW on the hit and 1,2 seconds after. On chart it looks quite high. Looks like rail pressure is even dropping below 1900.

I find that when I try to dial up the LPE BB HPFP rail pressure, it just doesn’t move the volume I need. Which obviously makes sense since all pumps suffer from less volume output when pressure demand is higher. So I can see why LPE wants 2175 commanded. I really wish I had a +42 or +43 fuel lobe instead of my crappy +32 because I could probably get more out of the pump. I’ve tried bumping my low side to 80 psi on the Fore triple in tank setup but that really did not seem to help much.

On the ZL1 I am commanding LT1 pressure to take strain off the high side. It has a LPE HPFP which is based on LT1 pressure. I already said it drops right on the hit then recovers. The low side isn't dropping at all. It's a gradual decline based on how it's setup in the tune off of IFR and still maintains 70psi. I plan to command 75psi across the boards and see if it does anything. My SS is commanding 2900psi which will change.
