At this point someone really needs to figure out what is going on with this site. I mean, this is absolutely ridiculous. Out of all the forums and sites I am on, this is the only one acting like this. It's soo bad I'm actually about to go back to M6G.

The strange thing is it's so inconsistent. I swear it feels like someone is indeed tinkering with it, but doesn't yet know where exactly the performance issue originates from. Today the site has been extremely snappy, for example, subsecond page load and update times everywhere.

Yesterday I did a little troubleshooting in my browser and got an error indicating the number of database connections were exhausted. I sent an email and a post to the admins asking them to check the DB connections and to see why they keep getting exhausted. Today it definitely seems to bet performing better.
