Take it in and have the car checked out! That’s what the warranty is for such issues as you are experiencing.

So I just got back from service. They inspected it - couldn't find anything loose, took for a test drive - said it's normal...
I was 50/50 on going there, expecting this answer. But it's not right - maybe it is "normal" because how they are building those mufflers. Thin walls? Or there is something wrong but they don't want to replace muffler... I will start saving for some axle back with NPP I guess.
