I am mobile. I had a rough bit in February and March of last year. However, I have made very solid progress. In May of 2021, I hiked around Hot Springs for a couple of days. In October-November, I toured Gettysburg and a couple other Civil War Battlefields, on foot. In February, we hiked Poverty Point. I walk 3-4 times a week and hit my stationary bike 1-2 times a week.

I am still, fat, old and slow. However, I am moving. BTW, Becky did a thing. She found a brand new 2021 AMG C43 Coupe in Fire Engine Red. Way cool car. The CLA 45 had went back off of lease. I still have my rolling, rust pile.

Walking and staying active will definitely do you good. We usually tell our patients to try to cut noodles, bread, fried, soda, and alcohol, and just watch the pounds just melt off week by week.

Few actually do that though. The corvette order is in. ETA 3-4 months.

Rarely drink sodas (3-4 times a year, maybe). I don't drink alcohol. I make too many pasta dishes. I eat burgers (another thing I cook, often).

I really like Becky's AMG. Cool car. Beautiful interior. Saddle leather.

Best of luck on the C8. At my advanced age , I was afraid to order one. Might not live long enough to see it delivered .

Don't know. Try asking your dealership for more any updates.
Ominous warning, the price of your car will be higher because its a 2023, even though it was ordered in 2022. Sorry.
