Floor Mats in new Camaro

Picked up my new ordered ZL1 yesterday. Its a great car. No complaints except a minor one, the cheap floormats.. I ordered 5 options that were LPO. They didn't arrive with the car. I have a great dealership and they overnighted all the parts. Will install next week. Question is, going through the car today. No rear floor mats. Go to Chevy website, the brochure says front mats as does the window sticker. Is that correct before I inquire to the dealer as to no rears. I already have nice ones on order as you think Chevy could provide a better floor mat than they do in a ZL1 or SS. Thanks for any help.

The front mats were standard according to the window sticker. I had no rear set. The factory mats were thin trash, so I went with the Lloyd's luxe mats.

I ordered the Lloyd’s this past weekend. As for rear mats I doubt you will need them as there isn’t a lot of room for anyone to sit back there.

Mine came right out and into the storage shed they went I put in weather tech floor liners. I as well only got some cheap thin mats and only front.

I ordered a full set front and rear Camaro floor mats from GM Accessories from the local dealer to put in my new 2016 2SS back in 2016 and took them out and put them in my used ZL1 that I bought in 2019. The mats are better than the cheap ones that come in the car new.

I have had a full set of Lloyd's Ultimats (front, rear, trunk) for almost 4 years, and they are amazing.

The driver side mat is the most heavily used and the pic was taken some time ago, but it looks exactly the same today (and the others are even better). Only a tiny bit of wear under the throttle and dead pedals, and that's it. Would buy this again in a heartbeat.

The back seats are only useful for legless people, hence no rear floor mats.

One of my first "mods" was WeatherTechs. I mean sure they're expensive as hell and I find the way they cling to the whole "Made in America" shtick in order to justify the crazy price kind of annoying but they hold the dirt in. About the only problem I have is that the anchors tend to pull at the clips on the carpet more than I'd like.

The Husky liners are better for this generation of Camaro.

I went with the Lloyds LUXE mats. No comparison to OEM. I have them in my C7 Corvette Grand Sport, Mercedes SL450, and Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo. They are superb, high quality mats.

Wait. There are floor mats for rear seats? I never noticed since my front seat backs touch the rear seats, totally covering rear foot wells.

Wait - it has rear seats? I thought that was just a shelf for my wife's purse with a handy retaining strap?

I ordered mine with both sets of floormats. The rubber ones are great.

I currently have Weather Tech.....don't like them as they do not extend far enough to the rear and the passengers feet will not be on the mat if the seat is all the way back.

Going to Husky as they go all the way to the seat rails.

I think they omit the rear floor mats because nobody wants to saw off their legs to fit back there anyway....

I have the Husky and they cover everywhere. Best coverage of any of the floor mats I've seen for this car.
