Also, I'm not opposed to some thin spacers so I retain the stock studs.

You can use a 3mm or 5 mm spacer. 5 mm is max though or you run out of enough threads to be safe. I use a 3mm and no issues.

I think that'll be super tight, 18s run into the strut a little more vs 19s. I'd consult Apex on that.

The wheel studs are pretty easy to do, takes an hour or so, no need to remove the hub. Then you could run 315/30/18 square.
